Essential Responsibilities:

  • Ensure achievement of agreed targets/KPIs for the assigned Area.
  • Develop and Implement field Sales Plan for the assigned area.
  • Effectively manage distributor/customers and their operations.
  • Responsible for the execution of the Channel Category plans at the POP/Outlets as per the channel and category prioritization.
  • Responsible to provide quality and on-time information.
  • Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies.
  • Coach, motivate and develop Distributors’ and build the Golden direct sales force
  • Ensure continuous improvement by enforcing best industry practices

Education & Experience:
Bachelors’ degree with 3-4 years experience in marketing or sales.

Skills

  • Ensure successful delivery of KPIs and demonstrated ability to lead from the front.
  • Be able to create synergies and develop teams
  • Relationship management with retailers and distributors.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement effective B2B sales strategies and lead nationwide direct sales personnel toward achievement of the company’s sales objectives.
  • Develop competencies and processes required to create an effective and efficient B2B sales organization.
  • Provide leadership through effective communication of vision, active coaching and development while comparing sales results to goals and taking appropriate action to correct when necessary.
  • Establish effective relationships and collaborations with other departments (Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, etc.) to address key business issues and opportunities.
  • Maintain competitive knowledge to create and adjust sales strategies.

Education & Experience:
– Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing, with 5-10 years of FMCG sales B2B experience
with at least 5 years of experience managing a B2B sales team.

Skills:

  • Experience and success in finding and retaining a high performance B2B sales team and a demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse sales team.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve B2B sales plans.
