Mian Tassadaq Rasool, the chairman of Golden Banaspati, has been an advocate of hygiene and quality since before it was considered cool. His insistence on keeping and maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene has won the company the trust of its customers. His perfectionist personality has helped the brand establish a strong foothold in Faisalabad and an unavoidable presence in Lahore.

Ehtesham Rasool, an Australian graduate, got the reins of the company right after completing his education. His entry injected young zeal into the company which led to an internal operational revolution. His novel yet practical approach, his modern ideas, and his international educational background have enabled the company to renovate itself into a modern business firm resultantly giving a groundbreaking boost to the consumer base. The past three years under his leadership have brought the company into the contemporary business landscape. In an attempt to make the company even more relevant, he brought Golden Banaspati into the digital world resultantly creating a strong digital footprint across digital media platforms including Facebook and Instagram.
